Background and Experience:
Born in Boulder, Colorado, and raised in
Estes Park and Boulder. Went to college at Colorado Polytechnical
College in Denver, Associates degree in Graphic Design and
Production Arts. Moved to Phoenix in 1969.
Worked for Messenger
Graphics as a printing graphic artist, Loftin's Business Forms as a
form designer, and Lindstrom & Jett Advertisng as an advertising
graphic artist.
Opened Gilbert Advertising in 1975,
employing six artists, copy writers, and sales people. Became
interested in software programming and also began writing database
programs for clients in 1988. Saw opportunity to combine experience
in graphic art, database programming, and business advertising and
marketing on the Internet in 1997 and started Arizona Web
Advertising, which later became
USA Web Advertising in 2004.
Designs and hosts websites for small business clients, and
is currently developing a national network of local directory websites.
Current Skillsets:

Interactive Website Design and Programming -- Proficient in
PHP, HTML, MySQL, and
JavaScript for page display, forms and data
processing, report generation. Good at analysis
of needs, user interface and page layout,
navigation system design, planning of program logic
database structure, and data optimization
and normalization. Can do CSS, XML, and setup
of Apache web server. Able to read and write PHP, HTML,
and MySQL directly.

Personal Information:
Member of American Mensa, twice appointed
